We are looking for a compassionate and reliable Female Waking Night Support Worker to join our team in the Poundbury area of Dorchester.

You will work as part of a two-person waking night team, supporting one of six people with learning disabilities who live independently in their own flats within a supported living complex.

During the night, you'll be responsible for providing reassurance, monitoring wellbeing, and offering support as required to ensure each person has a safe and restful night. You'll also carry out routine checks, complete accurate records, and respond calmly and confidently to any support needs that arise.

Every person we support is unique, so you'll take the time to understand their individual preferences, routines, and goals, delivering person-centred support that promotes dignity, independence, and choice.
