About the Role
You’ll be joining a warm, supportive team in Chandlers Ford, where we provide person-centered support to three wonderful ladies.
They do not use words to communicate, but express themselves through vocal sounds and their own unique ways — and you’ll learn to understand and respond to what matters most to them.
Your role will include:
- personalised daily supportincluding full personal care
- help with finances and household tasks
- creating meaningful days out— from coffee trips to beach walks and park visits
- working closely with familieswho are actively involved
- supporting social events and shared activities
Their home — including a lovely adapted garden — has been thoughtfully designed to meet their needs and create a safe, comfortable, joyful environment.
About You
