About the Role

We're looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Female Support Workers to join our friendly team in Dorchester.

You'll support three of the six people with Learning Disabilities who live in their own flats in a complex in the Poundbury area of Dorchester, helping them enjoy fulfilling, independent lives both at home and within their local community. Every day is different—you could be supporting someone to pursue their hobbies, attend appointments, enjoy social activities, or simply achieve their personal goals.

Whether you have previous support experience or are completely new to the sector, we'd love to hear from you. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

Typical Shifts

  • Early: 7:30am – 2:30pm
  • Late: 2:30pm – 9:30pm
  • Long Day: 8:00am – 9:00pm

About You

You'll be someone who is:

As a Support Worker, you'll also provide practical support with:
