Erinon07849648445.Are you looking for a role where you can make a real difference every day?
We are looking for compassionate, motivated Support Workers who want to make a genuine difference in people’s lives.
Every day, you will be supporting individuals to build confidence, develop life skills, and take meaningful steps towards independent living.
This is more than a job – it is about walking alongside people as they rebuild, grow and move forward. It is about encouragement on the difficult days, celebrating progress (big and small), and helping people create a more stable and hopeful future.
As a Support Worker, you will provide direct support to individuals and small groups, helping them gain the skills they need to maintain their tenancy and move on to independent accommodation. You will act as a Keyworker for identified individuals, coordinating their support and working closely with partner agencies and professionals to ensure they receive the right help at the right time.
This is a varied and rewarding role that blends practical support, emotional encouragement and housing-related responsibilities — no two days are the same, but every day has purpose.
We’re looking for someone who:- Is empathetic, patient and resilient
- Builds trusting, professional relationships
- Feels confident supporting people with complex needs
- Can remain calm and solution-focused in challenging situations
- Is organised and keeps clear, accurate records
- Understands the importance of boundaries and safeguarding
- Is passionate about promoting independence, dignity and choice
Experience in supported housing, homelessness services or adult social care is helpful, but not essential. What matters most is your attitude, your values and your commitment to supporting people to live more independently.
Interviews will be held the 12th March 2026.
