The Vacancy

Support Worker (20–30 Hours) - Join Quarriers Clydeside Independent Living Service located in Greenock!

Your new opportunity

We provide 24‑hour care in people’s own homes to individuals with a wide range of support needs. As a Support Worker, you will support people with:

• Personal care
• Keeping safe
• Community involvement
• Physical & mental wellbeing
• Daily routines
• Social and recreational activities
• Building independence
• Achieving personal outcomes

We are offering 20–30 hour contracts, and flexibility is key. You’ll work a rota that meets the needs of the people we support.

Typical Working Pattern

Shifts may include:

• Early shifts (mornings)
• Late shifts (afternoons/evenings)
• Day shifts (9am–5pm)
• Sleepover shifts(paid at £12.60 per hour)
• Nightshifts

Rotational working is essential, and weekend working will be included.
