Support Worker – Adult Services - Carluke 3 x 12-hour shifts | £25,246.19 per annum

The Role

We are looking for caring and reliable Support Workers to join our Lanarkshire Houses service, covering locations in Lanark and Carluke. In this role, you will support adults with complex needs within a warm, home-style environment that promotes independence, dignity, and individuality.

The people we support live in their own self-contained accommodation, either independently or with others. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering tailored one-to-one or two-to-one support
  • Assisting with personal care, medication, and daily routines
  • Supporting mobility and communication needs
  • Preparing meals and helping maintain a safe, comfortable home
  • Encouraging participation in social and leisure activities such as shopping, outings, and family visits

Location

Lanarkshire Houses Service, Windmill Gardens, Carluke (ML8 4EZ) with occasional shifts at Dovecot Lane, Lanark (ML11 7PX)

Working Pattern

Full-time, 36 hours per week
3 x 12 hour shifts per week, including weekends on a planned rota so you can manage your work-life balance effectively

Requirements

A driving licence is desirable but not essential

Community Living Assistant (Support Worker)

Renfrewshire & Glasgow (PA4, G31 & G41)

£13.45 per hour (£25,947.47 per year) + £14.12 per hour for night shifts

Permanent | Full-Time, Part-Time & Relief Positions Available / 20–37 hours per week | Rotating shifts including evenings, weekends and nights
