About the service

Based in the lovely village of Cruden Bay, this role involves supporting two individuals within their own homes. Due to the peoples sensory impairments and learning disabilities, you will provide support with personal care, social outings, household duties, attending health appointments, and managing finances and medication.

You will encourage the individuals to be as independent as possible, helping them to develop new skills, try new experiences, and continue attending the groups and activities they enjoy.

Some of the activities they currently enjoy include swimming, bowling, cycling, baking, spending time with family, and going on holidays (sometimes abroad!).

Due to the wide range of activities the individuals participate in, as well as the rural location of the service, a full UK driving license is essential for this role.
