Working closely with the Service Leader and the Support Worker team, you will be responsible for 2 gentlemen and 1 lady with varying needs
Our Support Needs & Challenges
We are 2 gentlemen who are twins in our 60’s. We share a home with a female in her 50’s.
We have different challenges which include learning disabilities require physical assistance
Staff team are fully trained in Moving and Positioning and Administration of Medication.
Our Shifts: 8am till 8pm days, 8pm till 8am nights
Shift Requirement: Days and nights

What You'll Be Doing
You’ll be supporting a gentlemen to live their daily life in the way they wants to live it. This means you will provide support in a wide variety of ways, including:
- Supporting with personal care
- Medication Administration
- Home management, including support with cooking, cleaning, shopping and budget management
- Daily activities - anything and everything the person we support like to do is something you might provide support with! So come ready and willing to put yourself out there and try some new things!
