We have an exciting opportunity for caring, compassionate, and talented Support Workers to join a well-established service supporting 6 amazing individuals with learning disabilities and complex health needs.
Your role will focus on promoting choice, wellbeing, and independence, while providing 24-hour support with:
- Personal Care
- Medication
- Finances
- Accessing the Community

Shift Pattern:
- 8:00am - 10:00pm
- 9:00am - 10:00pm
- 8:00am - 8:00pm
- 10:00pm - 7:00am (Sleep in)
- 8:00pm – 8:00am (Waking Night)
Our ideal applicant would have flexible availability to work a variety of shifts to support during periods of annual leave/sickness etc
