Working closely with the Service Leader and the Support Worker team, you will be responsible for 4 individuals with learning disabilities and physical conditions.

We need our staff to be friendly, trustworthy, reliable, able to think outside the box and to help us live our life the best way we can and to keep us all smiling everyday, We enjoy several activities, and this includes, singing, dancing, cooking, cleaning, watching movies, shopping, being with our families and friends, days out, short breaks

What You'll Be Doing
You’ll be supporting 4 individuals to live their daily life in the way they wants to live it. This means you will provide support in a wide variety of ways, including:
- Supporting with personal care
- Support with hoisting, moving and positioning
- Medication Administration
- Home management, including support with cooking, cleaning, shopping and budget management
- Daily activities - anything and everything the person we support like to do is something you might provide support with! So come ready and willing to put yourself out there and try some new things
