Would you like a job where every day is different and you can make a real difference in someone’s life?
Your skills, values and life experience could be a great fit. You don’t need previous experience — what matters most is a willingness to learn, flexibility, a positive “can‑do” attitude, and a genuine desire to support people to live the lives they want.
About the role
As a Support Worker, you’ll support people in ways that make sense to them and reflect their preferences, needs and what matters most in their lives. This might include:
- Supporting people to build everyday skills at home
- Helping people get out and about, spend time with others and be part of their local community
- Providing personal support, including help with medication when needed
Support is always person‑centred and focused on enabling people to live full, ordinary lives.
A full, clean UK manual driving licence is essential for this role.
No two days are the same. Visit our website to find out more about working at Brandon.

What we’re looking for

- Confidence working as part of a team
What you’ll do
- Support people to live the lives they choose
