Support Worker

This vacancy is supporting 4 males, all of them live with Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs.

All of the people we support here are active and enjoy going out in the local community, going to social clubs. When at home they do like to spend time in their individual rooms and they have lived together now for many years.

 

One of the gentlemen has his own car and likes going out for a drive most days. So you will need to have a Full UK Driving License.

They all have different interest but enjoy to the social club together and discos. One of them loves karaoke and dancing.

All the gents have families which visit on a regular basis.

They all like to try new things and learn new skills, we support them to maintain their daily routines and access the community to try new activities.

They do require support with finances, household chores, medication, personal care and  lifestyle skills. 

 

We always have a staff member on site at night from 22.00 to 7am which you will be required to do once a week

The usual shift patterns 10.am to 9.00pm sleep in and finish at 10.30am the next day

10.00am - 9.00pm

10.00an - 5.00pm

There is some lone working required 

You will be working with a small friendly team of staff

We are looking for someone who is flexible to work across 7 days a week
