SUPPORT WORKER and MALE SUPPORT WORKER

Hours: 37.5 Hours per week – Competitive salary

Location:  London Borough of Enfield

Enfield Mencap provides community-based activities for adults with a learning
disability, autism and complex needs. We strive to support, enable and empower our
Members to develop independence, to engage with society and to access
community facilities and services.

We are recruiting Support Workers to be part of the experienced team at our New
Opportunity Centre based in Edmonton N9. You will support the activities and
community integration within our day, Club 18+ and Saturday respite services.
Flexible working is required, including day, evening and Saturday shift patterns.

One of the posts is open to a male Support Worker; the other roles are open to all.
Being a male is a genuine occupation requirement under the Equality Act 2010.
