About the role
Every day will be different, and rewarding, as you encourage and empower each person to be actively engaged in every aspect of their daily lives – this will include accompanying to favoured activities, supporting with daily living skills, administering medication and supporting with personal care and mobility assistance, if needed.

About you
We are looking for proactive and engaging support workers to join our team in Loughor, supporting gentlemen with Learning Disabilities, ADHD, Autism, Downs Syndrome and Dementia.  You will have lots of 'get up and go' about you, as the gentlemen you will be supporting have a real zest for life and they will want you to share their passion for making the most of every day!
