Our team provides person-centred support to adults with complex communication needs, physical health conditions, and multi-sensory impairments - empowering them to live life their way.

Who You’ll Support

You’ll be working with five male adults, each with unique personalities, goals, and interests. Your support helps them enjoy daily life while building greater independence and confidence.

What You’ll Be Doing

At Sense, we don’t just provide care - we make life happen. Every day brings something new:

  • Supporting with daily living, personal care, and medication
  • Helping with a small amount of manual handling (including hoisting)
  • Encouraging and joining in with activities such as:
    • Swimming
    • Horse riding
    • Bowling
    • Music sessions
    • Day trips and local adventures

full manual UK driving license is essential, as you’ll be using our company vehicles to accompany individuals to appointments and outings.

Flexible Shifts That Fit Your Life

We offer a variety of shifts to support both our team and the people we care for:

  • Weekdays:7am–10am, 10am–4pm, 4pm–10pm
  • Weekends:7am–2pm, 2pm–10pm
    Weekend availability and flexibility are essential.
