Your New Opportunity
Our Adult Supported Living services support adults in their own homes and local communities. As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in empowering people to live the life that matters to them.
Our services operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, so you’ll work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights and weekends, on a rota basis.
As a Support Worker, you will:
- Provide person‑centred support tailored to individual needs and goals
- Support people with daily living skills, wellbeing, and community activities
- Encourage independence, choice and dignity in everything you do
- Build positive, respectful relationships based on trust and consistency
- Work as part of a supportive and committed team to deliver high‑quality care
We’re Looking for People Who:
- Share our values of respect, compassion, inclusion and integrity
- Are flexible and happy to work across a range of shifts
- Have a genuine interest in supporting adults to live independently
- Are reliable, caring and committed to making a positive difference
No previous social care experience is required.
We provide full training and ongoing support - what matters most is having the right values and attitude.
