What does the role involve?

Every day is different. You’ll be supporting people to live the life they choose — whether that’s learning new skills, contributing to their community, or enjoying hobbies and days out.

What hours are available?

Full-time hours are 37.5 per week and we can also offer part time roles for 3 or 4 shifts per week. We provide support seven days per week.

It’s about being there, encouraging independence, and celebrating individuality.

About you

Experience isn’t always necessary to become a Support Worker If you have the right attitude, good customer service skills, share our values and are willing to learn, you’re likely to be a great fit. We are looking for people who celebrate differences, and we strive to make all our staff feel included, valued and respected.

You must be a driver with a UK manual licence
