Experience of supporting individuals with mental health needs is essential, alongside an understanding of safeguarding responsibilities and the confidence to respond appropriately to concerns. You should possess strong literacy, numeracy, and IT skills, with the ability to produce clear written communications and maintain accurate records. A basic knowledge of housing management, including repairs and maintenance processes, is also important, enabling you to contribute effectively to the smooth operation of the service.
