💙 What We Do

At our Uphall service, we support vulnerable adults living in their own homes to live their best, most independent lives.

We take a person-centred approach, meaning every individual has their own tailored support plan—and you’ll play a key role in helping them thrive.

This role is for 35 hours per week.

⭐ What We’re Looking For

• 💛 Passionate about supporting others to grow and succeed
• 🚗 A UK driving licence holder (the gentlemen we support have a house vehicle so it'd be great if you can drive!)

🕒 When You’ll Work

We provide support Monday–Sunday, including waking night shifts, and as a contracted Support Worker, we do need some flexibility to work different days and different shifts, to ensure fairness for all staff.  Our shifts are:

• 7am - 2.30pm
• 7.30am - 3pm
• 2pm - 9.30pm
• 2.30pm - 10pm
• 9.30pm - 7.30am (waking night)
