About the service
Set within the Tulloch Hill area in the city of Perth we have an enthusiastic support team providing 24hr care to people living with complex needs (such as learning disability, PICA and epilepsy).
The service has three adjoining bungalows with two people living within each house. A communal lounge and kitchen are where we come together for entertainment and activities. There is also a lovely communal garden to enjoy whatever the weather.
The team are dedicated to ensure they provide a high standard of care that enables the people we support to live a full, active independent life tailored to their needs and aspirations. They achieve this by providing a warm, welcoming environment to ensure that the people we support feel safe in their own homes and staff feel safe at work.
Our team work on a rota system and weekly shifts are a mixture of early, late and night shifts. Flexible working hours are always considered where possible as we encourage a healthy home work life balance.
Typical shifts are: Early 7.30am – 3pm, Late 2pm – 10pm and Night 10pm – 8am
We also work closely and support the team at the Bridge of Earn service, regularly meeting socially to enjoy an activity such as bowling, coffee or a meal.
