In Ipswich, you’ll be supporting three gentlemen aged 30–40 who each communicate visually using body language, facial expression, symbols, and pictures. They enjoy active, sociable routines, including bowling, football, cinema trips, swimming (you’ll need to be confident in the water), and local disco nights.

You’ll play a key role in promoting independence while providing full support with personal care, maintaining dignity and choice at all times. You’ll help prepare meals based on individual preferences and dietary needs, offer gentle guidance during mealtimes where needed, and administer medication safely and consistently.

Shifts include:
7am–10pm, 7am–2:30pm, and 2:30pm–10pm, across Monday–Sunday. You’ll work every other weekend and complete at least one sleep-in shift per week.

About you
