Location: (covering Bearsden and Milngavie areas)
Full time Contract: 30 hours per week
Pay: £13.45 per hour
About the Role
At Real Life Options we provide person centred support to enable the PWS to live the life that they choose. Support is uniquely tailored to each individual, ensuring they have choice and control over the planning and delivery of their support. You will support them to reach their potential by providing both physical and emotional support, along with encouraging them to develop positive relationships and achieve their goals.
What You'll Do
- Supporting individuals with personal care, medication, and daily household tasks
- Encouraging independence and promoting confidence in everyday activities
- Providing physical and emotional support tailored to individual needs
- Supporting individuals to attend health appointments and manage finances
- Working alongside medical professionals to follow support plans and risk assessments
- Maintaining clear and accurate records of support provided
- Building positive relationships with families, colleagues, and healthcare professionals
- Working both independently and as part of a supportive, friendly team

Shift Patterns
Shift patterns consist of day shifts, evening shifts, sleepovers and weekends between the hours of 8:00am and 10:00pm (shifts are usually either 7 hours or 12 hours) on a rota basis.
Shift patterns may vary as it is done on a rota basis.

Requirements
- Must be able to work as part of a team and lone working; take initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Enhanced PVG required (we will support the application process)
