We’re looking for a Female Support Worker who is kind, reliable, and passionate about helping people with learning disabilities live life their way.

Experience isn’t essential – your attitude and values matter most. You’ll receive full training and work within a supportive, values-led team.

What you’ll do:

• Help with daily routines, getting ready for the day ahead, and health needs

• Accompany people to appointments, shops, and cafés

• Encourage hobbies and meaningful activities

• Be a calm, friendly presence who listens and respects each person’s pace

Josephine enjoys crafts, gardening, people-watching, and a good coffee. She values patience, humour, and calm support. A UK manual driving licence is essential to support her with outings in her mobility car.
