Welcome to Our Home in Farnworth, Widnes!

We’re a group of four independent and friendly adults aged between 40 and 61. We live together in a lovely village setting and enjoy a supportive, inclusive environment.


We’re Recruiting – Support Workers Wanted!

Are you passionate about supporting others to live fulfilling, independent lives? We’re currently looking for Support Workers to join our team on a flexible, as-and-when-needed basis.

If you’re proactive, patient, and love a good chat – we’d love to meet you!

Staffing & Shifts

  • 2 support workers on shift during the day
  • Shifts run between 10:00am–10:30pm, with a sleep-in shift from 10:30pm–10:00am
  • Shifts are flexible depending on what’s happening that day

  • Great communication – we love a good chat!
  • Be clear and direct – sometimes we need reminders about personal care
  • Patience – we might repeat ourselves until we feel understood
  • Encouragement – help us try new things and grow our independence
