Support Worker (3617)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Casual Support Worker worker to join our dedicated team in Maesteg, Bridgend.

In this role, you will support people to build relationships, try new things, and feel part of their community – so that they can live good lives.

You will need to hold a full UK driving license for this role. Please note this is a casual role.

What You'll Do

As a Support Worker, you will:

Support people to do the things they enjoy, try new experiences, and live good lives.

Assist with household tasks, shopping, meal preparation, personal care, and maintaining routines.

Encourage and support people to strengthen relationships with family, friends, and their community.

Listen to the people you support and support them to make choices about their lives.
