About the Role

We're looking for compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic Support Workers to join our friendly teams across our homes in the Portsmouth area (PO1 & PO2).

You will be supporting people with profound learning disabilities, complex physical disabilities, and a variety of health needs to live fulfilling lives and achieve the things that matter most to them.

Experience supporting people with autism and an understanding of behaviours of distress would be beneficial, but above all we're looking for people who are patient, positive, and committed to delivering person-centred support.

  • Building positive, trusting relationships with the people you support, their families, and colleagues.
  • Promoting independence, choice, and involvement in all aspects of daily life.
  • Maintaining accurate records using our digital support systems.

About You

You don't need previous care experience – we'll provide all the training and support you need. What matters most is your attitude and values.
