We're looking for enthusiastic Support Workers to join our team in Trowbridge (BA14), supporting three gentlemen aged 30s–60s with mild learning disabilities and epilepsy, which is managed through medication.
This is a lively and active home where the people we support enjoy making the most of every day. They love exploring new places, meeting friends, trying new activities and sharing plenty of laughs with each other and the staff team.
Their interests include:
- Days out and community activities
- Visiting friends and socialising
- Exploring new places and new interests
- Tea, cake and meals out
- Having fun and sharing a good sense of humour
- Living active, independent lives
You'll provide a mix of 1:1 and shared support, helping people maintain their independence while supporting daily routines, meal preparation, medication administration and community activities. Personal care support is minimal and mainly involves prompting where required.
Typical shifts include:
- 7:00am – 3:00pm
- 3:00pm – 10:00pm
- 10:00am – 4:00pm
Rotas are provided in advance to support a healthy work-life balance.

Experience is helpful but not essential — we'll provide all the training and support you need to succeed.
