You'll be supporting four wonderful people, aged between 45 and 76, who live together in a welcoming bungalow just moments from the beautiful Hayling Island coastline.
Life here is all about being part of the community, having fun, and making the most of every day. The people we support are active, social, and love getting out and about. Whether it's a trip to the beach, lunch out, shopping, the cinema, local attractions, or simply enjoying time together at home, there's always something to look forward to.
Music is a big part of life here. People enjoy listening to their favourite songs, playing games, sharing meals together, and spending time with friends. There's a strong sense of community, not only within the home but also with the neighbouring Community Integrated Care service, where people regularly come together for celebrations, parties, and special events.
The home itself is a spacious bungalow with a large garden, comfortable communal areas, and even a sensory room where people can relax and unwind. With a nature reserve on the doorstep and the seafront nearby, it's a unique place to work, offering opportunities that few services can match.
The people you support have a range of needs, including learning disabilities and autism. Some require more support than others, but what matters most is helping people live the lives they choose, maintain their independence, and enjoy the things that bring them happiness.
