The Vacancy
At Quarriers, our values shape everything we do. We’re recruiting caring and committed Support Workers to join our teams across Quarriers Village, working within both respite services and 24/7 supported living services.

The Role
You’ll provide high‑quality, individualised support in either our QVSLI Phase 1, QVSLI Phase 2 or Riverview Project
- Building positive, trusting relationships
- Supporting daily living, independence and meaningful activity
- Promoting wellbeing, dignity and safety
- Encouraging inclusion and community involvement
- Working collaboratively within a supportive team
Working With Us
We offer opportunities across short‑break (respite) services and 24/7 services, so flexibility is essential. Shifts may include early, late, weekends and sleepovers, with full‑time and part‑time roles available.
- Some roleshave afemale‑only requirement, due to the specific needs of the people we support
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential, due to the geographical location of Quarriers Village
Hours range from 7:30am until 2pm and 2pm until 9pm in our Adult Services, one sleepover minimum per week is a requirement..
