You’ll be supporting five individuals in a welcoming service in Ringwood, where each person brings their own personality, interests and goals. This is a home full of energy, laughter and variety, where no two days ever look the same.
Life here is active and focused on doing the things people love. From trips to the cinema, swimming and pantomimes, to days out at zoos, theme parks or football matches — there’s always something to look forward to. At home, people enjoy music, dancing, arts and crafts, cooking together and sharing great food.
Your role will be to support people to live as independently as possible while being there when it matters most. This includes supporting daily routines, encouraging healthy lifestyles, and helping people access their community and explore their interests.
This is a hands‑on, person‑centred role where you’ll:
- Build strong relationships and get to know each person really well
- Support with day-to-day living, independence and wellbeing
- Enable people to make choices and try new experiences
- Be part of both the everyday moments and the bigger life goals
A full UK manual driving licence is essential, as getting out and about is a big part of life here — whether that’s appointments, activities or spontaneous days out.
