Working pattern
This is a 24/7 service, so flexibility is essential. You will be working 37.5 hours a week, a range of:
Early shifts
Late shifts
Weekends
Bank holidays
About the role
You’ll be supporting four vibrant people across four homes in the Bury area, each with their own personalities, routines and goals. This includes three gentlemen and one lady aged between 35 and 55, all of whom live active, social lives and enjoy making the most of their local area.
This is part of our Forensic services, where we support people who have experienced the custodial system and are now working towards building positive, meaningful futures with the right support around them.

Walking (especially with dogs 🐾)

Listening to music and going to discos
Sharing laughs, banter and good conversation
They’re looking for someone who can match their energy, encourage their interests, and support them to keep doing the things they love—while also exploring new opportunities.
What you’ll be doing
This is a truly person-centred role where no two days are the same. You will:
Build strong, respectful relationships based on trust and understanding
Support people to develop independence in everyday life (cooking, cleaning, managing money, pet care)
Assist with
medication supportand promote health and wellbeing, including mental healthEnable people to access places they enjoy and take part in meaningful activities
Work flexibly across four homes, adapting your approach to suit each individual

Training and Development
