Support Worker
Hours: 37.5 hours per week: Flexible shifts over a 24/7 week, 365 days a year (Incl. weekends, bank holidays, and sleep in shifts on a rota basis)
Location: New Forest
Salary: £12.75 per hour – increasing to £13.75 after probation

About the role:As a Support Worker, you’ll be engaging directly with those we support, inspiring fun and creativity whilst encouraging independence and allowing individuals to live, happy, healthy and fulfilling lives.
What you’ll do:
- To support individuals to meet their goals and outcomes in health, wellbeing and independence
- Assist individuals with their personal, social, and healthcare needs as required whilst maintaining accurate records
- To work as part of a team as well as lone working within the community as needed
- Work with allocated individuals as their keyworker
- Interact and communicate with the people you support in a way that promotes dignity and respect
- Support individuals with everyday tasks as required.

What are we looking for?
- Motivated, honest, and approachable individuals who are great at building and nurturing relationships
- Experience of providing high levels of care and support to neuro disabled people in a social care setting
- Aspirations to develop skills at support worker level and beyond
- Flexibility to work shifts 365 days a year including weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis
- Level 2 NVQ in Health and Social Care is desirable but training will be provided
- A full UK driving licence with access to a motorised vehicle is essential.
