Join a friendly, energetic team supporting three gentlemen to live full, active and independent lives. If you enjoy being out and about, building meaningful relationships and helping people achieve their goals, this could be the perfect role for you.
You'll be supporting three gentlemen aged in their 50s and 60s with learning disabilities in a vibrant shared home. This is a highly active service where no two days are the same.
The gentlemen enjoy:
- Day trips to the seaside and countryside
- Kayaking, bowling and gymnastics
- Shopping, meal planning and budgeting
- Gardening and growing vegetables
- Music, movies and their Friday night disco
- Attending appointments and being active in their community
Support includes personal care, medication administration, meal preparation and supporting one gentleman who uses a wheelchair and hoist. You'll also support people to attend medical appointments, manage their homes and maintain their independence.
Typical shifts include:
- 7:00am – 2:30pm
- 2:30pm – 10:00pm
- Long days between 7:00am – 10:00pm
- Sleep-ins: 10:00pm – 7:00am (£50 paid to sleep)
You'll be a great fit if you're:

Experience is helpful but not essential — full training will be provided.
