St Martins, has a vacancy for a Support and Integration Manager.
This is a full time fixed term contract until 31st March 2027, 38 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
This role focusses on enhancing service delivery, streamlining process, and managing a team to provide efficient & effective support. Managing any referral into services collaboratively with management colleagues, ensuring that access to the services is fair and transparent.
The post holder will provide effective and efficient Case Management to the Floating Support Team to ensure quality of support in line with person centred and trauma informed practice.
We are looking for:
- Someone with the passion and drive to support anyone finding themselves in this situation.
- Evidence of emotional resilience and tenacity to provide support, even when faced with resistance.
- Experience of supporting people who have poor mental health, addictions or who are ex-offenders.
- Ability and willingness to be flexible.
- Experience of minimal supervision, ability to manage time effectively and possess good organisational skills.
- Someone who is assertive and a good communicator, both verbally and in writing, at all levels.
- Someone with the ability to work methodically with attention to detail and keep good statistics, case notes and records.
