We have a vacancy for a full-time Caretaker to join our Housing operations team to provide oversight and operational support to facilitate and maintain a high standard of care to our community-based properties.

We are looking for:
Someone who can perform work tasks efficiently and safely in accordance with instructions and demonstrate integrity, ingenuity and inventiveness in the performance of tasks, whilst being mindful of the vulnerability of many of the people we support at St Martins.
Attend to maintenance and repairs to agreed standard, as directed by the Maintenance Team Leader.
In addition to your contracted hours, be available for ‘out of normal hours emergency repair work’, based on a agreed rota (on-call rate of pay).
You will need to have experience of carpentry and use of common power tools, hand tools and materials used in building and grounds maintenance,
A full clean driving licence is required and access to a reliable vehicle.

Floating Support Team Member (Part-time, 22.8hours per week)

This is a permanent part-time contract, 22.8 hours per week, Monday - Friday.
We have a part-time permanent vacancy for a Floating Support Team Member.
The main purpose of the job is to understand and work with adults who may have experienced trauma linked to homelessness, addiction, mental or physical health needs, family breakdown, criminal activity and other disadvantages.
The post holder will be part of a team providing person centred and trauma informed support to single homeless people living within homeless services accommodation.
We are looking for:
- Someone with the passion and drive to support anyone finding themselves in this situation.
- Evidence of emotional resilience and tenacity to provide support, even when faced with resistance.
- Experience of supporting people who have poor mental health, addictions or who are ex-offenders.
- Ability and willingness to be flexible.
- Someone who is able to drive, as we are supporting people in the community and hostels.
