Working as part of the Operations team looking after Mini Farm in the Walled Garden. This role consists of leading the care and feeding of chickens, sheep goats and pigs. It’s also a guest facing role, designed to engage with families visiting the Walled Garden and Adventure Play.

What we are looking for:

We are looking for someone who can bring the right skills and mindset to the role. You might not meet all the criteria, and that’s okay, transferable skills and experience are highly valued.

You should have experience in general livestock handling and guest service skills.

  • Ability to maintain and develop personal performance
  • Background knowledge of livestock care is essential
  • Flexible/adaptable in approach to work

  • Ability to adapt to do a physical role working outside in all weather conditions

  • Confident and independent, as well as working well in a team
