Are you passionate about advancing the wellbeing of young people and eager to make a meaningful difference in their educational journey? This rewarding role plays a vital role in promoting and supporting the emotional, social, and mental health of our students at Pure College.

Reporting to the Progression and Wellbeing Manager, you will coordinate regular student wellbeing check-ins, create support plans and manage day-to-day pastoral concerns in line with our safeguarding policies and procedures and, where needed, make referrals to support services. This role will help ensure that every student feels safe, supported, and ready to learn, contributing to a positive college culture where wellbeing and personal development are at the heart of practice.
