Front of House & Concierge Responsibilities • Deliver an exceptional, concierge-level welcome to all students, visitors and guests, proactively offering support, information and assistance. • Uphold all security procedures relating to opening and closing Reception, including cash storage and key control. • Respond to all student, visitor and staff enquiries in a timely, friendly and solution-focused manner. • Ensure all day-guests sign in and receive clear guidance on UKSA’s policies, including wearing visible visitor ID and signing out. • Manage arrivals through the site gates, providing a smooth and reassuring entry experience. • Maintain a polished, professional reception environment, ensuring the lobby is clean, tidy, and welcoming. • Provide clear and thorough handovers at shift changeover, ensuring continuity of service. • Work weekends and evenings on a rotational basis as required. Rooming, Accommodation & Guest Management • Room students and residential guests according to booking requirements, ensuring accuracy and a positive first impression. • Updating room bookings, ensuring all information is accurate and communicated across departments. • Liaise with Facilities and Housekeeping regarding defects, cleanliness standards, and room turnaround requirements. Where required perform a room inspection. • Ensure welcome packs for guests staying on site are available • Generate course registers for all residential and leisure programmes. Financial Processing • Process payments and deposits for services, bookings and retail items, ensuring accurate PDQ transactions are performed. • Complete all finance-related paperwork correctly.
