JOB SUMMARY
• To support the work of the Student Funding Team during peak period.
MAIN DUTIES
• Supporting students with a variety of funding enquiries
• Assisting with the completion of funding applications
Maintaining accurate and up to date records
Ensuring applications and payments are processed effectively
• Working as part of the wider College team to deliver an excellent student experience
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Work as part of the team and contribute to the effective operation of the department
• Proactively collaborate with colleagues and internal and external contacts
Respect the confidentiality of students
Exercise a duty of care for their own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by their actions
• Promote and encourage Equality & Diversity in all aspects of College operations.
