About the Role
Morley College London is seeking to appoint a Student Experience Manager to oversee the college’s Careers/IAG and Work Experience programmes, along with student progress, youth engagement and enrichment. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing the personal development and work experience opportunities on 16-18 study programmes. The role involves line managing the student experience team at our North Kensington and Chelsea centres and overseeing careers advice. The post holder will work closely with staff, students, and external partners to ensure that all students are supported, inspired, and equipped for success during their studies and beyond.
About you
The successful candidate will be able to work on their own initiative and contribute to the college's careers and work experience strategies, as well as looking for new opportunities for student enrichment. They must have a strong commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion and working to ensure exceptional personal development for all our learners. Experience in an education setting is essential, along with knowledge of Gatsby Benchmarks and progression opportunities in employment, further and higher education. Excellent communication skills are essential and the ability to work with staff across college departments to ensure the best outcomes for learners.
The role is 1.0 fte but we would consider requests for a fractional position.
