Student Assistant (all genders) - Outreach & Partnerships

from April 15th 2026 | 10 hours per week| limited to June 30th 2026 | in Berlin | 14,32 €/hour

Your Responsibilities

•

Identify and research potential employer partners and support outreach activities to HR and Talent Acquisition leaders
to promote participation in the ESCP Berlin Career Fair 2026

• Proactively reach out to companies via email, LinkedIn, and other channels to introduce ESCP’s employer engagement

opportunities and generate interest among potential recruiting partners

• Support the preparation of outreach materials, presentations, and communication campaigns targeting companies

and assist with the onboarding and coordination of participating employers

• Maintain and update outreach tracking tools and databases (Excel/CRM), document interactions with companies, and

support the monitoring and analysis of employer engagement activities.

Your Profile

• Enrolled in a Bachelor or Master programme, ideally in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field

•

Interest in employer relations, business development, or B2B sales, and curiosity about how companies recruit talent

• Confident communicator who enjoys reaching out to new contacts and building professional relationships

• Structured and reliable working style with the ability to track multiple conversations and follow-ups
