Stroud District Community Hubs Network Project Lead

£26,983 per annum (pro rata) - £10,393 based on 15 hours

15 hours per week, including some evenings and weekends

GL11 is a busy Community Hub based in Cam, Gloucestershire, providing a wide range of community activities including wellbeing, volunteering, employment and family services to support a thriving local community.

As the project lead for the Stroud District Community Hubs Network your super power will be your ability to build trusting relationships with community hubs across the district. With your ears and eyes to the ground, you will collaboratively shape the development plan with community hubs and partners.

You will be responsible for planning, staffing, managing and evaluating the development plan for the network of community hubs within the Stroud District. You will be able to engage a diverse range of people, sometimes facing complex challenges, in a strengths-based way to build community hub resilience.

The ideal candidate will thrive working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, taking responsibility for their own workload, and building their skills and knowledge as part of an evolving organisation. As this is a new role, the role will evolve over time as the Community Hubs develop and the context in which we work changes. You will contribute to the safe and supportive culture of GL11, inspiring both partners and external stakeholders, making sure our vision, values and key aims are a living part of all our work.

Successful applicants will be subject to DBS checks being completed.
