The nature of global challenges demands transformation of the economy rather than incremental change to business-as-usual approaches; transformation which is necessary at unprecedented scale and pace to deliver national and collective commitments notably with regards to material security, supply chain health, climate change, biodiversity loss, and pollution. We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our Circular Technology team to support this economic transformation

As the Strategy Manager for Circular Technology, you will serve as the primary architect for the North America Circular Technology Mission. You will transition from high-level advisory to operational execution, working in a high-velocity partnership with the Director to orchestrate a network of Fortune 500 tech leaders. This is a 'builder' role designed for a strategic consultant who wants to move beyond the slide deck and drive systemic, industry-wide transformation.

Main responsibilities

Joint Strategy Support: Assist in drafting and refining long-term strategies and KPIs for the tech sector and, in particular, critical minerals.

Knowledge Synthesis: Maintain internal subject matter expertise by preparing briefs and technical summaries for the broader North America and Critical Minerals mission areas.

Performance Tracking: Manage the operational systems used to track success against KPIs and monitor evolving regulations to keep the team informed of necessary strategic pivots.

Network Support: Rather than managing a specific member program, you will support the orchestration of all technology company programs within the Network.

Relationship Coordination: Join the Director in high-level member meetings to capture insights and ensure follow-up actions are executed to advance circular ambitions.

Collaborative Scouting: Support the identification and initial outreach to potential new network members and infrastructure partners (recyclers, policymakers, etc.) based on the Critical Minerals Mission.

Project Stewardship: Provide the support for key initiatives like the Circular Tech Advisory Board and Circular Electronics Collaborative, ensuring they move from design to execution.

Research Execution: Act as the lead researcher under the Director’s guidance, performing desk research and stakeholder engagement to build the foundation for major reports and publications.

Content Development: Support the Director in system architecture—designing the logic and flow of thought leadership pieces that ensure the Foundation stays ahead of the industry.

Representation Support: Assist in preparing materials for public forums and occasionally represent the Foundation alongside or on behalf of the Director.

Your profile

  • At least 5 years of experience in program management, consulting, or sustainability, with a strong background in collaborative project delivery.
  • Proven ability to work in a support-and-execute capacity, managing the details
  • A foundational understanding of circular principles.
  • Experience of planning and executing research that feeds directly into strategic outputs.
  • Knowledge of sustainable materials, design for reuse/recycling, circular electronics, and supply chain dynamics
  • Must have the right to work in the USA without employer sponsorship.
