As Strategic Lead, you will take a lead role in delivering outstanding services that support adults affected by drug and alcohol use. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring our service maintains the highest standards of quality, performance, and impact.

- Those who are passionate about making a positive impact in Torbay
Why do it differently?
- Current systems are difficult to navigate

- Reduce stigma
- Services are currently designed by the wrong people
- People having to tell their story multiple times
- To make us future proof and more cost effective with reduced government funds
What are we working towards?
- Services across the alliance working together
- Everything coproduced
- No wrong door approach
- Tell your story once
- Continuity of recovery worker
- People before processes
- Being inclusive and diverse
