An exciting opportunity has arisen to appoint an Occupational Therapist into our community-based Specialist Palliative care team in East of the County. This rewarding and enriching role will give you the opportunity to grow the Occupational Therapy service, working alongside the wider MDT. You will work autonomously to support patients to identify goals and live well with their palliative diagnosis and support their end-of-life care.
