Bede's Trust requires two proactive and detail oriented individuals to join the Sports Department as Sports Coach and Logistics Coordinator's at our Senior School.
The successful candidate will be responsible for helping to support a comprehensive 5-year strategic vision for the sports programme, aligned with Team Bede’s values, and incorporating quantifiable targets. They will support the Director of Sport - Operations in developing and delivering a progressive long-term programme that fosters both team and individual excellence, and enhances local recognition.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who will assist in managing the fixture programming for performance teams, ensuring clear communication of expectations to pupils and parents. Developing and implementing a long-term programme to enhance participation and deliver high-quality coaching across all levels.
This is a Permanent position, 37.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, working varied shifts across the week between Monday - Sunday.
Offering an attractive salary between: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum
