SPC Spear Centre Manager

Stockton-on-Tees
Full-time
5th July 2026
Listed today

We are excited to be launching a Spear Centre in Stockton-on-Tees and are looking for a passionate, driven Centre Manager to pioneer the way.

Spear support young people aged 16-24 who are not in education, employment or training, helping them build confidence, develop skills and move into sustainable work.

At Spear, the young people we work with aren't just 'unemployed' - they face significant barriers to work. The Spear Programme is built around coaching, and as a result we see young people build the skills to thrive long-term.

The Centre Manager will play a key role in establishing and leading the Centre, ensuring the effective delivery of the Spear Programme while shaping a culture that reflects both Spear’s approach and the vision and values of SPC.

If you believe in the power and potential of young people, are an exceptional relationship-builder and consistently deliver impactful outcomes, we'd love to hear from you.
