The Piece Hall presents an exciting and unique opportunity for an individual looking to kickstart their digital marketing career.
We are looking for a creative and digital savvy content creator who knows how to make their posts stand out to support our small but busy Communications Team with the high-performing social media channels during the Live at The Piece Hall 2026 series. The internship will include creating engaging content for The Piece Hall’s TikTok account, with the aim of growing our account, reaching untapped audiences and increasing our engagement, as well as assisting the team across other platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X and LinkedIn. You will contribute to the creation and delivery of digital content, repurpose existing content to be used across multiple channels, and work with other departments to promote events and ventures in fresh and engaging ways.
During the internship, you will have the opportunity to work alongside and learn from an experienced team of communications individuals, and at the end, you will receive a reference to support your next career move. This experience will provide the opportunity to create a wide range of content while bringing your own artistic flair and ideas. From working on interviews with stars to getting to know The Piece Hall’s tenants on a personal level, to creating and delivering promotional materials, no two days will be the same.
The internship will run for 12 weeks to cover our Live at the Piece Hall 2026 series, with an average of 30 hours per week of work experience. This is a paid internship at the national minimum rate for your age. The internship is fully on-site at The Piece Hall, where you will report to our Head of Communications and Senior Digital & Communications Advisor. Please note that this position is subject to a satisfactory DBS check and references.
