As our Smoking Cessation Outreach Worker, you’ll deliver a creative, flexible stop smoking service for people experiencing substance misuse across community and criminal justice settings.
You’ll work proactively with people who may have become disconnected from support or feel ambivalent about making changes, helping them build confidence and motivation to stop smoking. Working alongside community organisations, criminal justice partners and health services, you’ll provide evidence-based interventions, nicotine replacement therapy (NRT) and vapes as part of personalised nicotine reduction plans.
This is a rewarding outreach role where you’ll build trusted relationships, improve health outcomes and support people to make lasting changes to their wellbeing.
This role requires enhanced level 1 vetting.
