  • The Visitor Experience team work closely with the visitors and the collections at each museum. This role will require team members to work with the Shift Supervisor to safeguard the Museum buildings and collections throughout the night while closed to the public.


    Key Responsibilities

    You will work as part of a team to provide an efficient and effective out of hours security presence at St. Fagans National Museum of History.

    Use a combination of CCTV, radio communication, and patrols to safeguard Museum grounds. Co-ordinating with the Shift Supervisor to investigate abnormalities and create security reports as required.

    You’ll ensure the safety and welfare of visitors and colleagues at out of hours events and activities.

    Act as keyholders ensuring buildings remain secure, and facilitating out of hours access as required.

    Set and monitor alarm systems throughout the site.
